We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, custom made/personalized items are not eligible for return. Return costs are paid by you, unless the item is faulty.

Delivery
We use Royal Mail as our main delivery provider. We usually use Tracked 48. Sometimes we will use another courier that IS NOT EVRI if an item is larger than we want to give to our lovely postman.
Delivery is FREE if you spend over 50 quid. Otherwise you will have to pay £3.99 - I know! Sorry! But it costs us a bloody fortune and we're not exactly rolling in it.
