A spaghetti kitty was born from our first ever print (which failed) Phil was hooked. He learned tons of painting techniques, figured out just how much maintenance an Ender printer requires, and printed everything on the internet.
Printing dragons and sublimation drinkware. We started doing craft fairs around our local area. We learned a lot during this stage of our journey, about licensing and whether we should or should not print things! We decided to concentrate only on 3D printing. Eventually we upgraded our Ender 3, Ender 5 and Kobra to a single Bambu Lab P1S. The fleet was born! We ended with 4 Bambu Lab P1S, An A1 Combo and an A1 Mini combo.
Phil decided to leave his career in digital marketing to concentrate solely on the business. Then he didn't like having Lou as his boss so he got a part time job in Cash Converters.
We concentrated on gothic and occult, with a bit of fantasy thrown in the mix with TTRPG minis. Still finding our feet, we decided to rebrand to Darkmoon Curiosities to set ourselves apart from other 3D printing companies, we now concentrate on weird stuff using printing as a base, rather than the finished product.
